Istume Tokyos kohalike poliitaktivistide-anarhistide peakorteris. “Irregular Rhythm Asylum” (IRA) on koha nimi. Meie Korea vana kamraadi Kim Kangi nimi avab siinmail iga vastupanuliikumise ukse (Kang on seesama, kes kunagi organiseeris Non Grata osalema Korea parlamendi ees 300 shocktrooperi poolt ümbritsetuna toetamaks kurikuulsa National Security Law kukutamist 2004. aasta sügisel). Kõik on aktivistid – „I am activist, he is activist, they are activists, we are anarchists“. Seintel, trykistel, T-särkidel ja raamatuselgadel on kurjakuulutavad slõuganid – The Art of Moral Protest, Recepies of Disaster, Handbook of Political and Social Indicators, How Institutions Think, Risk and Culture, The Global Activism, Activist Beyond Borders, Disaster and Resistance, YA Basta, Make Capitalism History.

Äsja lahkunud newyorklased on jätnud pesunööridele üllitavad siiditrykid - The City is Ours, Steal The Poor – Feed Them To The Rich, Apartheid IS Real, Strike While it is Hot. Noored peavad ka iganädalast õmblusklubi, mis noorte vihaste meeste puhul tundub üllatavalt veider. Üle küsides selgub, et tegu on globaalse moetööstuse õõnestamisega – SEWING CIRCLE AGAINST THE FASHION INDUSTRY. Kas ka Eesti hõbelõnga padjaklubid varjavad enda pehme pealispinna all hoopis laialdast põrandaalust võrgustikku valitseva korra kukutamiseks?

Ööbime Tokyo Activist Guest House´is, mis tegelikult kujutab endast Takuro-sani ühe-kahetoalist kööktuba, kus samaaegselt magavad jaapani matil reas nagu silgud pütis Tokyot väisavad rebellionid. Aasias, kus kõik ka sinu enda pool Euroopas ööbinud tuttavad viisakalt keelduvad ulualust andmast põhjendusega „My home is very small“, on täiesti võhivõõraste massiline majutamine sisuliselt oma magamistoas täiesti üllatav. Berliinlanna Vici näiteks on tulnud appi organiseerima võitlust kohalike uusima objekti – Nike Park´i vastu. Maailmakuulus tossuvabrik on nimelt kesklinnas asuva miniatuurse pargityki ära ostnud ja kavatseb seal tegutseva kodutute reservuaari välja kupatada. Arvamusküsitluses on selle poolt 99% vastanutest, aga noori inimõiguslasi see ei kohuta – rumalat ühiskonda tuleb kas õpetada või taluda.

Et tavapäraselt suhtleme samaaegselt nii aktivistide kui performantidega, siis kohtuvad needki kohalikud ringkonnad tänu Non Gratale siin esmakordselt. Erilist klappi siiski pole. Viime viimased Yogigi Park´i Homeless Blue Village´sse, kus Kim Kangi sõbranna aktivistkunstnik Misako elab juba aasta kodutute laagris ja peab seal neile välikohvikut ja peseb pesu. Müstilisse maastikku on varjunud 40 sinist telküksust. Talvel peab seal küll olema kuradi külm. Nike pargis on täpselt samasugune esteetika. Üleskutsed on välja riputatud. Võitlus võib alata.

Intervjuu anarhist ja Tokyo Activist Guest House pidaja Takuro´ga, kes pidas eelmisel aastal Euroopas aktiivloenguid 30 päevaga 40 eri linnas : o

1. What is your organization - what is main goal?

No organization is formed. Only spontaneous affinity group emerges.

2. What are the main activities of Tokyo anarchists?

Making the situation without sovereigns.

3. When gone anarchistic world revolution start?

Performingly proposing revolted world through any activities.
あらゆる活動を通じて革命後の世界が遂行的に提示されている。


4. What are you relationship with police and government

Relatively highly autonomous.

Irregular Rhythm Asylum´i alustala Kei minu küsimustele ei vasta, aga kingib mulle isetehtud graafilise lehe, millel on lisaks pildile selline tekst (kirjapilt muutmata):

In april 1921, in the wake of the Japanese socialist league, whish was formed in december of 1920, the seki run kai (red waves society) was formed with the adaption of socialism as its goal. It was the first anti-imperialist women´s body in Japan, a tiem when women were banned from participation in any political association. Immediately after this formation, they participated in the second may day with their hand made flag and earned plaudits from comrades of various labor movements and political organizations. They were vigorously suppressed by the police force and two members were taken into long-term custody.though there were clamp-downs, they actively carried on their movement by holding a lecture on women´s problems in june, giving a five day series of summer lectures in july, and, as needed, distributing newspapers and pamphlets denominated as book day. In the fall of the same year, on the occasion of extensive maneuvers by army troops, members of the seki run kai distributed anti-military, anti-war fliers to the military personnel who stayed at different private residencies. This action was regarded as a secret publication by police. The public saw this incident as the seki ran kai persuading the army to turn red. Key members were taken into long-term custody, which made it difficult for them to hold regular meetings on a monthly basis and naturally led to their dissolution after their 8 month acitivities. However, most members dedicated their whole life to social movements and anti-war movements. Those members were kikue yamakawa ( advisor), noe ito (advisor), shizue akizuki, atuko adachi, sadako ibuki, shige iwasa, tai kalbara, satsuki kataoka, chlyo kitagawa, fusako kutsumi, tameko sakai, magara sakai, tayoko takatsu, chiyo takano, hide takeuchi, setso tannno, teru nagakura, sadayo nakasone, ine nakanomyoh, shige nakamura, fuku nakamura, haru hashiura, riku hashiura, yasuko hori, chieko morisaki, kosizu yamaguchi, kazuko yoshikawa, and koh watanabe.
